  user.name # => "David"
+blockで。
  user = User.new do |u|
    u.name = "David"
    u.occupation = "Code Artist"
  end
+空のオブジェクトをつくって。後から属性の設定。
  user = User.new
  user.name = "David"
  user.occupation = "Code Artist"

-saveまたは、save!メソッドで。
